Southwest Bistro presents breakfast and traditional holiday dishes and desserts. Breakfast dishes include vanilla-battered French toast, hickory-smoked bacon, chicken and apple sausage, and cured meats and cheeses. Herb-roasted turkey, as well poached shrimp, sushi rolls, and pomegranate-glazed cedar plank salmon are available during the feast. Finish it off with chocolate caramel tarts, Texas bourbon pecan pie, pumpkin mousse, and a collection of other sweets.
