Hyatt Regency’s Southwest Bistro
Southwest Bistro presents breakfast and traditional holiday dishes and desserts. Breakfast dishes include vanilla-battered French toast, hickory-smoked bacon, chicken and apple sausage, and cured meats and cheeses. Herb-roasted turkey, as well poached shrimp, sushi rolls, and pomegranate-glazed cedar plank salmon are available during the feast. Finish it off with chocolate caramel tarts, Texas bourbon pecan pie, pumpkin mousse, and a collection of other sweets.

Kerbey Lane Cafe
Six Kerbey Lane Cafe locations — Central, South Lamar Boulevard, Northwest, University, Southwest, and Round Rock — will be open Thanksgiving Day serving a traditional holiday meal. The restaurant will sell a turkey breast plate with gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli, stuffing, yams with maple glaze, cranberry sauce, and a dinner roll.
