Adopt APA!'s Queen Elizabeth and let her be queen of your castle
Jan 8, 2014 | 1:09 pm
People often joke that their pets are treated like royalty in their homes, but Austin Pets Alive! is currently looking for a castle for an actual queen. While Queen Elizabeth is a very regal pup, she still has a cute and playful side to her that will fit in at just about any home, whether you're a prince or a pauper.

What APA! says about Queen Elizabeth:
- Despite her royal status, Queen Elizabeth is more than content with mixing with us plebes. She loves to chase and run around with her foster mom and other canine friends. It's possible something did happen to her in the past, because she can be a little unsure of other people at first, but she quickly warms up to them.
- Queen Elizabeth is house- and crate-trained, and she is currently working on her leash training, but she still loves her walks. Queenie will probably do best in a home with older kids, a yard for playtime, and perhaps another doggie friend or two to spend time with.
