From Snoop Lion to Snoopzilla to DJ Snoopadelic, the performer Snoop Dogg has gone by many names during his epic career. No matter what you call him, the prolific rapper has spent more than two decades in the game, releasing 12 studio records and selling more than 30 million albums.
Indeed, Snoop Dogg is the definition of industry success.
And that's why Snoop Dogg is returning to Austin as a SXSW Music keynote speaker. On Tuesday, the festival announced that Snoop will be leading a Keynote Conversation on Friday, March 20 at 11 am in Ballroom A of the Austin Convention Center. The event will be open to SXSW Music and Platinum badgeholders.
There's no word yet on whether Snoop Dogg will be performing during his Austin visit, but since the rapper made a surprise appearnace at the Spotify House in 2014, we bet he'll be popping up somewhere during this year's festival.

The SXSW festival begins on Friday, March 13 and runs through Sunday, March 22.
