More delicious details revealed for 2015 Austin Food + Wine Festival

Last week Austin Food + Wine Festival released additional delicious details about the upcoming event. The festival sweetened its offerings by announcing more than 100 exhibitors who will be featured at the Grand Tasting Pavilion.

Open to festival attendees on April 25-26, the 25,000-square-foot pavilion will highlight the country's top wine, spirits and culinary exhibitors.

Local food purveyors participating in the Grand Tasting include Bess Bistro, Cafe Mueller, Daily Greens, Dolce Neve, Walton's Fancy & Staple, Cru Food & Wine Bar, Delysia Chocalatier, AustiNuts, Finn & Porter, Ranch 616 and Fork & Vine. To pair with those tasty bites, the Grand Tasting will feature local beverage brands — Duchman Family Winery, Tito's Handmade Vodka, Treaty Oak Distilling Co. — as well as national favorites like Duckhorn Wine Company, Knob Creek and Rodney Strong Vineyards. You can check out all of the participants here.

Austin Food + Wine Festival kicks off on April 24 with the sold-out Taste of Texas event at Republic Square Park. The foodie fun continues with all-day events at Auditorium Shores on Saturday and Sunday. In addition to the Grand Tasting, foodies will have access to cooking demos, seminars, interactive fire pits and signature dishes from acclaimed chefs.

Weekender passes to the festival are still available for $250 per person. They can be purchased online.
