Austin Sketch Fest features five days of the pure comedy fun. The best sketch actors in the city and beyond are taking over the ColdTowne Theatre and Spiderhouse Ballroom stages. The festival runs through Sunday. View the lineup here.
The City Theatre present Nunsense
Nunsense ends its stint at The City Theatre this weekend. Don't miss your chance to see this ridiculous musical about nuns, talent shows, and accidental poisoning. Performances run through Sunday.

Alamo Drafthouse presents Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales Boat Party Adventure
There are only a few tickets left to this full day of pirate pandemonium with the Alamo Drafthouse crew. The festivities start with a screening of the new Pirates of the Caribbean flick, followed by an epic boat party on Lady Bird Lake. Pirate garb is mandatory.
Reckless Kelly and Micky and The Motorcars in concert
Take a quick road trip this holiday weekend for good food and even better music at The Roundup Outdoor Music Venue with live performances by Austin's own Reckless Kelly and Micky and the Motorcars. Get to the concert early to check out the beer garden and playground. Stick around for a fantastic fireworks finale.
