Jerry Seinfeld brings the laughs to Austin with new standup show in 2023

One of America's premier comedian's is coming back to Austin: Jerry Seinfeld will bring his newest standup routine to the Bass Concert Hall Stage on March 10, 2023, at 7 pm.
Hailed for his ability to bring the laughs to some of life's most mundane moments, Seinfeld will has been doing standup comedy since his first appearance on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson in 1981. Eight years later, his self-titled "show about nothing" with Larry David became one of the most successful comedy series in television history. Running for nine seasons, the show won numerous Emmy, Golden Globe, and People’s Choice awards in its time, later named the greatest television show of all time in 2009 by TV Guide, and identified in 2012 as the best sitcom ever in a “60 Minutes”/Vanity Fair poll.
After the series concluded, Seinfeld produced and created more Emmy-nominated projects, including Jerry Before Seinfeld and 23 Hours to Kill, along with the highly acclaimed web series, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. He also starred in, wrote, and produced movies (Comedian; Bee Movie); directed and produced a Broadway hit (Colin Quinn Long Story Short); and wrote two best-selling books (Is this Anything? and Seinlanguage); as well as a children’s book (Halloween). The comedian recently announced his upcoming film, Unfrosted, and continues to perform both nationally and internationally.
Tickets for the performance will go on sale on Friday, October 14, at 10 am at texasperformingarts.org, and Texas Inner Circle members can access pre-sale tickets starting Tuesday, October 11, at 10 am.
