Left Hand Brewing Seminar and Flight
Eric Wallace, co-founder of Colorado's Left Hand Brewing Company, hosts a seminar and beer flight tasting at Easy Tiger. Featured beers include Polestar Pilsner, Introvert Session IPA, Good Juju and Milk Stout Nitro. Tickets are $15 and reservations are acquired. Regular patrons can also enjoy a special Left Hand Brewing menu on Tuesday.

Gail Simmons, culinary star and regular Top Chef judge, will be instructing a unique cooking class for overnight guests at Lake Austin Spa Resort on Saturday. Guests are also invited to a wine reception and book signing on Sunday.
