Popular Austin fitness club debuts prime Westlake location
Austin fitness favorite Castle Hill is making a move on West Austin. The health and wellness club will debut a second location in Westlake this fall, coinciding with its 15th anniversary.
Situated in the Davenport Village shopping center on Highway 360 next to Maudie’s Milagro, the new Westlake location is currently home to BBFitness Studios. Owner Susan Cooper is retiring from BBFitness after 34 years. “I am grateful to find a local buyer who will continue to offer high quality fitness options in our community,” Cooper says.
Castle Hill Fitness will retain the employees of the previous business, many of whom have worked there for years and played an integral part in the company’s success.
“We are excited to celebrate our 15th year of business with a new location in West Austin. We look forward to continuing the promotion of health and community that currently exists at this location by partnering with staff, patrons, and our new neighbors” says Castle Hill president Clayton Aynesworth in a release.
Established in 2002, Castle Hill Fitness is known for high-quality personal training and fitness classes. The new location will offer a pool, hot tub, steam and sauna rooms, as well as personal training, Pilates, yoga, and massage services.
Memberships for couples, individuals, small business, and students will be available starting October 1, but the studio is open now for facility tours.
