1. Willie Nelson pays tribute to a legendary roadie in upcoming documentary. Behind great touring musicians are teams of roadies, and Willie Nelson is helping draw attention to one of the men who first made it possible. A new documentary called Willie Nelson Presents: King of the Roadies follows the achievements of Benjamin H. Dorcy, III, a.k.a. Lovey, who is credited as being the world's first roadie.

2. Immersive fantasy world takes over Austin farm for unique dinner. An immersive theater project will take over a local farm with myth, live music, and a farm-to-table feast under the Austin sky this spring.

3. Chaparelle plays Scoot Inn, plus more Austin music picks for early April. Before the city’s next big music festival hits later this month, there are many great local shows worth a listen.

4. Farm-to-table cafe replacing Picnik in South Austin is open now. Houston-based Dish Society has swooped in to fill the gap left by Picnik's closure. It's now open at 1600 South First St., Ste. 110.

5. Spirit Airlines resumes nonstop service from Austin to Detroit. The low-cost airline is resuming nonstop service between Austin and Detroit — the heart of the U.S. automotive industry — after abandoning the route in 2023.
