Broadway in Austin presents Moulin Rouge! The Musical
The glamorous and sultry story of performers at the Moulin Rouge continues at the Bass Concert Hall. The production, inspired by Baz Luhrmann’s hit 2001 film, features new musical numbers and reimagined elements of glitz, grandeur, and romance. Fans can expect iconic hits such as “Lady Marmalade” mixed with a variety of new songs and dance numbers. Performances are scheduled through May 25.
Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center presents Dinos in the Wild
Explore the world before humans at this transformative experience hosted by the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center. Dinos in the Wild features a variety of life-sized, scientifically accurate dinosaurs throughout the center’s outdoor space. Visitors can interact with the animatronic dinos, discover native Texas plants with ancient histories, and learn more about the lives of these colossal reptiles. Exhibition admission is free with a museum ticket. Following opening weekend, Dinos in the Wild continues through August 17.

Austin Greek Festival

ACL Live presents Ryan Adams in concert
Singer-songwriter Ryan Adams performs at Austin City Limits Live. The rock artist comes to Austin in support of his new album, Blackhole. Adams will also perform songs from his debut album, Heartbreaker, in celebration of of the project’s 25th anniversary. Select tickets are available.

Austin Margarita Fest
Cocktails and community collide at this boozy all-day event. The Round Rock Amp hosts a day of margarita tastings, live music, food truck offerings, family-friendly activities, and more. St. Elmo Brewing Springdale and HOWDY THC presents Honky Tonk Party
Saddle up and enjoy the holiday weekend with a Texas-inspired party at St. Elmo Brewing Springdale. The afternoon event features HOWDY drink samples, line dance lessons, two-stepping, a local vendor market, and bites by Pueblo Viejo and Spicy Boys food trucks. Party admission is free and open to the public.
Hot Luck Festival presents Al Fuego
Open fire cooking alights at Jester King Brewery for Hot Luck Festival’s main event. Al Fuego will feature a chef lineup stacked with participants such as Ben Savage (Kalimotxo), Nick Erven (Summer House on Music Lane), Todd Duplechan (Lenoir), Amanda Turner (The Fiery Talon), and more.
