Sunflower Bean, Jack's Mannequin join SXSW 2025 Music Festival lineup

Sunflower Bean is new to the SXSW 2025 lineup.
A third round of announcements brings the South by Southwest (SXSW) music festival into focus for 2025. This round includes well known acts from past years including Sunflower Bean, Holy F*ck, and Jack’s Mannequin. The Music Festival takes place March 10-15.
A first round of showcasing artists contained more than 100 names from various continents, including Justin Morales and Gurriers; a second round included Big Freedia and tamanaramen. Things are ramping up as the festival gets closer with bigger names.

“The momentum continues to build with our third reveal,” said VP of Music Festival James Minor in the news release. “Each act lends a unique and dynamic voice to the lineup, with both new and established artists from around the world creating a real sense of anticipation for the March event.”
To help listeners get acquainted with this increasingly huge list, SXSW is starting a weekly initiative on January 30 that will spotlight performers on Spotify and YouTube.
More information about this year's lineup is available at sxsw.com. Music badges ($845 online, $995 in person) are on sale now, and Austin locals can keep an eye out for wristbands at a lower price with more limited access.
