Austin Parks Foundation presents Movies in the Park
Enjoy a family-friendly movie at the Deep Eddy Municipal Pool. The free community movie series presented by Austin Parks Foundation will feature a screening of The Half of It in celebration of Pride month. Stop by early for activities and a vendor market ahead of showtime at dusk. Guests are encouraged to bring their own blankets or lawn chairs for the most relaxing viewing experience. The series will continue through August 14.

Bullock Texas State History Museum presents Music Under the Star
Outdoor entertainment continues at the Bullock Texas State History Museum. Music Under the Star is a month-long, weekly event that features live music concerts at the museum’s Capitol Mall Amphitheater. Guests can enjoy a performance by San Gabriel with Pedal Steel Noah this week. Bringing your own lawn chairs and blankets is encouraged. Admission is free and open to the public.
Moody Center presents Andrea Bocelli in concert
Moody Center hosts the award-winning Italian tenor, Andrea Bocelli, for one night only. The musician is best known for his rise to fame in the ‘90s, most notably with songs such as “Time to Say Goodbye” and “Canto della terra.” A limited number of tickets are available.

Women in Jazz Association, Inc. presents Hot Summer, Cool Jazz Concert
Texan jazz musicians showcase their talents at this special concert. Guests are invited to Austin PBS for an evening of music performed by artists including Pamela Hart, Yansa Samada Band, and Kyle Turner, and special guest Joe Carmouche. Complimentary snacks will be provided and guests can utilize free shuttle rides to and from the parking garage and venue.
ACL Live presents Kevin James: Owls Don’t Walk
Actor and comedian Kevin James makes a stop at Austin City Limits Live as part of his tour, Owls Don’t Walk. He’s best known for his starring role on the CBS sitcom, The King of Queens. James has released two specials, Sweat the Small Stuff on Comedy Central and Never Don’t Give Up on Netflix. Tickets are available now.

The Roosevelt Room presents 10th Anniversary Party
Celebrate the Roosevelt Room and its sister space The Eleanor’s decade of business at this day-to-night party complete with live entertainment. Visitors can enjoy performances by Groove Knight Band and DJ Gatsby. Signature cocktails will be available at discounted prices to commemorate the 10-year milestone. Reservations are open now.
Moody Center presents Wu-Tang Clan in concert
Legendary hip-hop group Wu Tang Clan performs live at Moody Center. The collective comes to Austin as part of their final tour, Wu-Tang Forever: The Final Chamber. They’ve release six albums in their career, including the acclaimed 1993 project, Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers), and most recently A Better Tomorrow, released in 2014.
