With the pseudo sun set painted on the exposed brick behind her, powerhouse Taylor Baker performs “Gold Dust” flawlessly to the company gathered at new Austin staple, Swift’s Attic. The acoustic guitars, cajón and string threesome weaved the perfect blanket to lay Baker’s sweet, soothing voice onto.

A self-taught guitar (and banjo) player, Baker certainly has mastered her craft. There is no doubt she will continue to surprise her fans with that homegrown-folksy charm.

With her thoughtful lyrics and soul-enveloping voice, Baker has landed a coveted spot on Austin’s RAW Natural Born Artists talented roster. Taylor was also announced as April’s Artist of the Month for Austin bloggers, Flavor Kidz.
