Sustainable Food Center presents The Chef's Table Cooking Series: Chef Peter Maffei of Cannon + Belle
Be one of the first to experience the new Cannon + Belle restaurant with Chef Peter Maffei while he shares his unique style, cooking techniques and passion for local sourcing while guests enjoy a delicious meal including wine and beer. The menu will feature Lockhart Quail, Seed Crusted Gulf Redfish and Texas Beef Rib. All event proceeds will benefit SFC programs. These events are demo-style (not hands-on) educational and intimate dinners.
